Some women nowadays forget what is gender equality. Just because men and women deserve the same civil and human rights does not mean that they are the same. The woman will have to do more to take care of the kid, it is nature.

In Singapore, just counting singaporeans alone, there are more female graduates than male graduates per current cohort so if all female grads wants to look for fellow Singaporeans and graduates and higher, then some sure will be left on the shelf.
