Whether Singaporeans stay in Singapore or not is irrelevant, because it's a birth right. Likewise it's your right to have an education, housing and medical care in China.
As Singaporeans it's our right to get subsidized University education from the government.
But what about you?
Permanent residents should be moved into full paying students too.

i noticed one uni in china has normal gmat score as 780... that is the highest in the world... it requires good brains to get 780... if we make 'reserved' seats for nationality then it will definitely make people lazy to compete.
me dun disagree....but it's not that simple. Not just educational issues that affect these things.
I dun knuw the details, but i'd be surprised if the schools in each country all over dun have policies for 'locals' and slightly different ones for 'international'.

Some courses have lots of them, while some discipline has fewer of them.
