COMMUTERS are more satisfied with public transport now, compared to a year ago.
Data from the Singapore Management University's Institute of Service Excellence (ISES) showed that customer satisfaction with public buses rose by 5.3 points to 66.4 points its Customer Satisfaction Index.
Customer satisfaction with the MRT system also rose by 3.7 points to 67.8 points.
ISES academic director Marcus Lee said data revealed that local residents taking public buses feel they are getting more value out of their bus rides. This could have been due to the implementation of distance-based fares last year.
commuters need to be satisfied wah else how to increase fare
depends, if the bus not crowded and its a new one, then i like

Depends on which bus number customers they surveyed. I feel that some are good, some okay, and some bad. For example, bus number 975 bus frequency is very long, and the bus is quite crowded(or even filled to the brim) at times.
who did they ask?
the transport council?
Cheap propaganda.
Such selective data collection.
I see they have the project to rope in SMU to come out with white lie. I foresee there will be no improvement in service.
Satisfied or not, like it or not, public transport fare still increased.
who is satisfied?
wa jin song
this is known as masturbation
What can we justify with if they make use of the price increase in fuel, petrol?
says who?
