Whenever ANYTHING went up, the cost will be push down to the customers.
Who suffer, customers not the stall holders.
And yet, when they increase the price, it is 10% to 30% increased.
So, definately they love to hear price of so and so increase as it is a time to scuk out more money from the customers to earn a fat profit.

not really, stall holders also have to survive, big bucks go to whoever rent out those places..
My downstair coffee shop is one example. Especially fish ball stall.
Last time sell $2.50 with 4 fishball. Now $3 with 3 fish balls!!!!!
What is this man!

E shopping mall bid high high only benefits e PAP w/ e annual property tax payable.
tat's why many ppl dun even know how expensive commodities are these days... and we're only at mercy for being totally dependent on imports

This western food at my grandma's place....I have seen it raise prices from $3.50 (chicken cutlet rice) to $5.50 today. For the past 10 years, raise 50 cents every now and then....knn...that was the last straw. Straight boycott. I don't buy whatever shit theory cos the mee rebus next door raised only 50 cents the same period.

Sooner...you will not be able to eat any decent lunch or dinner if you have only $5 in your wallet or purse.
Wat for work for other people? No use becoming an employee. We singaporeans hav no entreprenuerial character, become an employer instead. Salary no raise but cost is always going up.
Be a hawker, u can pass down the cost to yer customers or reduce ingredients to maintain yer margins.
I am planning to open my own ban mien stall.
we singaporeans need to thank all the landlords.

My typical local dog manager will not care much if the cost of living increases.
He only care is to try not to give too much increnment and too much bonuses. Try to find cheap and good workers. Your salary low, he dont care a damn!
