Sg is very poor.
People at the top get 8 months bonus and 30% pay increment.
The rest get ergonomic chairs.
MOM...
Money can take home.
But the chairs have to remain in the office.

1) some of the SG ministries used herman miller furnitures since the early 80s.....so it is not just today.
Those furnitures used for at least 20 ought years. Herman miller furnitures come with long Warranty....particularly some chairs come with 12 years warranty. paying 500 bucks for 12 years warranty is really not bad a deal. Considering they expect people to work beyond 40 hours work week...heeee....!!!!
does the warranty includin wear n tear?

they can always sit on the floor.

Point 3: Does the staff at MOM have some special backside or all the them are suffering from back problem ?
A chair is a chair; unnecessary spending is wasteful spending.
I predict the next stupid reason that they will give is the medical cost saved from MOM staff suffering from back problem that are seeking treatment.
How blind can their reasoning be ?
I was wondering what other shameless buy or gift they have rewarded themselves.
actually, yes..
by writing down that it's got a warranty for 12 years, the "economic life" of the chair is 12 years..
with the onsite support, they are bound by the IM to use the chair for at least 12 years..
