i think its the seafood sashimi he was referring to.most tuna without much parasites are often found in cooler freezing water in europe and japan.those fish found in asian waters are unfortunately filled with more parasites as compared to cold water fish.the taste is different too due to cold water.i have tasted new zealand mussels and local sporean mussels from shing shiong.nz mussels taste like a cross between oyster n hums.very sweet .spore mussels dun have much taste as i found out.i thought i had lost my taste but its really different tasting all fresh too.
the reporters at newspapers often bend words making it look like spore stuff are not tasty or something.

I read twice (ts post) and dont read any insulting sentences at all. Probably ts is jeolous that he/she unable to taste the food as it is too expensive for him/her.
