Yes, majority of them esp when they come out to work after graduation. Saving is virtually non existing in their saving account. Not to mention cpf ord account.
Parents will need to help them pay up for the first installment if they buy resale flat or getting max housing loan.

The first problem is buying a flat.
After buying a flat, the second problem is paying it off with the 30 year mortgage loan.
After 30 years, you see whether you have enough to retire.
14% is wat they THINK. in actual fact, I believe many pple have enough to retire not just 14%
I wonder how they conduct the interview.
