Revision of transport fares despite S$3.21 Billion revenue !

big TVs on mrt station and aircon bus interchange. do we need that. we don;t. so we have to pay extra for them? siao. some things never in the first place need improvement. spend and take from commuters. i tot public transport is to serve the people, not make profit out of it

sometimes I've this to say over bus delaysppl dun want to move in, entrance door can't close, bus can't move..

they dun make profit how to decide some year's profit give less divd to procure more buses?Actually if they make better profit, should become a benchmark to slowly raise driver's pay... kaoz, work so long hours driving everyone, least got hardship pay ba

No need to increase BC's pay lar.
After all, they can import cheaper drivers from PRC.
There are so many PRC BCs these days that I think the local Singaporean BC has become extinct.
Not to mention one quarter of the commuters are from PRC too.

driver must ensure within his power, not just sitting in his sit. yes i agree. some are stupid. they see me they like to sit or stand near me. becuase they think if i give them attention they are cool, or maybe they wanna know me -

buses? no sits one. outside see very big inside all must stand. handicap friendly. but i see a few nadicaps taking buses only. mart no sits, all stand. middle row if got 2 rows of sits more people can sit. this type of clasic design is for sandwishces only. all pack them in like sardines so they can make more profits. now even trains got a few carriage no sits all have to stand one. imagine moring you board at one end and have to take transpiort to the other end. then employer ssay sg orker spicking don;t want to work far excus ehire foreigners -

If driving 10 hours a day was worth anything, the transport company would be paying BCs $4K a month.

No, they just hire more cheaper foreign drivers who will drive more hours for lesser salary.
You want to champion for the rights of BCs, you look for the CEO of that transport company.

so the fare $$ come from where? So if you're so willing to suggest $4k wages, is charlize willing to pay $1 bus fare as basic min fare? if not NATO.and No I'm not even referring to anything of $4k wages right now as what you claimed.

how many handicaps actually use public bus?
might be more effective to have special service for handicaps and give more seats to the growing elderly population.
