Singapore women want rich husbands?

MONEY may not be able to buy happiness, but some women are still not giving up their hopes of marrying rich.
Despite the feminist movement urging women to get out of the kitchen and into the boardroom, many still wish that a rich husband would save them from climbing up the corporate ladder.
Young, educated women who spoke to RazorTV say that having a man with a large paycheck also means that she can spend more time to build the family - something that many women prioritise over a career.
But the married women beg to differ.

Huge paycheck = stay home and make babies.
Who are they trying to kid when they cannot even cook a proper meal or do a proper marketing for the dinner ?
They need a guy who can allow them to stay in shopping center to shop and talk rot at coffee house and stop working for the rest of their life.
I guess they still living in the princess in distress waiting for prince charming to save them mindset.

cooking classes also need money to pay.
Singapore women help to pay for the flat using hard earned CPF $$. How come nobody mentioned leh? Foreign brides can cook but can pay half the flat or not?
Singapore ladies have to work, pay for the flat, be a mother, a partner , so many roles , very tiring. Only the lousy guys can't get one good Singaporean wife.

and not to forget...men dun get as much social protection as that of women...where is equality?
if one could use the word lousy, lousiest is a better term for the losing women in this context....
the rise of singles and divorces is a direct answer and response that something has to be done....

why are the maids doing the work ? because the wife is also working to bring back her salary to pay for the flat, the maid's salary, the household expenses and the children's expenses.
Go and get a China wife but better marry in China . That country has no protection for women in a divorce, it's a man's heaven but a woman's hell. I think mynmar, thailand , philippine also has no protection for their women. Go and find a wife there but don't expect these foreign brides to be able to share the household expenses with a Singaprean man. Worse scenarios, they can only work in sleezy pubs and KTV and give you more headaches.
I am glad i am a Singaporean Lady. With this Woman's Charter, i feel more protected and secure .

it is as if the guys are not paying....that is not a true depiction...which the wisest would know better....maids are then the true support without whom modern women cannot fulfil...in fact they hardly open tin cans with $200 crystal nails....
we are more glad with the rise of singles and divorces....it has already backfired...we will just see....
