Lots of tenants are facing poor business, have owed months of rental.
Seriously, I'm wondering how on earth the govt is able to calculate expected 'customer' flow on such project?
Dun tell me it's like those shopping mall land sold at Bus Int/ MRT hubs one? They always think has human flow?
only fools will do business in a school...................no need rental also jialat...............

All this planned by scholars. High rentals, too many stalls, out of the place etc. Power right.
Do business at school not easy.
2 restaurants, 2 food courts with about 30-35 stalls altogether... a supermarket.. and a row of pushcarts..

my sister rented a shop at china town people's park complex(old CK area) business also not good. all shop owner request to lower then rental fee, the boss also don wan. zzz luck my sister only rent for a month and 90% of them signed a 2 year contract. noob
i stay tampines also get brochure about this place. how to get there easily by bus/MRT.. so far!
if food prices are cheap just like the polys and unis, should be a good hang out place right?
i always tot that school rental should be cheap, but donno y so ex. T_T. i read abit this on newspaper, some old people even folk out their coffin money to continue their business hoping that their business will get better.
