Floods returning to Singapore

  think they have diverted some drainage system to water catchment areas and flow bottle necked thus caused the flood

  Oh, no! It started to rain again! I'll call this the "Eternal Rain", because I fear this rain will last forever. If this keeps up, Singapore will have earthquakes for sure! We need to stop the rain by force so that we can enjoy the fireworks during midnight of Chinese New Year!
