NO. SAF will only cover you during your NSF, 2 years. NOT reservist. Even if it is a service injury during your ICT, it will take years to claim the medical bill from SAF. And it is only compensated to governement hospital and restricted SAF wards. Dont go to the wrong wards. Else you will not get even a single cent back.
The person stays in the wrong place. He should have remained in the C-class ward and not transfer to the private ward. And once he can walk, he should to demand to get out of the hospital ASAP.
If it is a work-related injury, it is compensated under the worker compensation act. And it is only restricted to a specific ward, periods and etc.
In the hospital, during a stay, if the nurse ask you if you want any biscuit kindly, you should check with her, what is the price. That applies for Milo, water etc. I remember one small piece of biscuit cost SGD $1.50 per piece. One small cup of Milo is SGD $ 2.00. Even if you are hungry, tired and thirsty. Think before you ask for anything. Else you will get a big bomb.
what?? lol. Milo and biscuits shd be complimentary, not profiteering stuff.
