  tis one is quite logical

  Cos you see ar... Jln Besar (Whompoa) & Tg Pagar (Moulmein) is just side by side yet the GRC profile 1 is Central, 1 is slightly Western a bit (Queenstown).

  It don't bode well for PAP.

  the elitists ward won't want Moulmein to be with places like Geylang or Serangoon in the same grouping. Might put off a lot of rich people.

  Serangoon Gardens and Marine Parade are still ok both middle class.
