I THINK the majority of bus commuters who were overcharged were owed very small amounts of money, to the extent that it is not worth the trouble to claim the refund.
It should not be too much trouble for the bus operators to refund the overcharged amount at card readers on buses or trains when the card is used.
If commuters agree, the bus company could donate the overcharged fares, with interest, to charity.
David Loh
obvious this "Knight" David Loh didn't do his homework... The bus company already said that uncollected fares will go towards charity...
However, if this David Loh still wanna try be "White Knight" then he can offer the bus company that they donate the overcharge fare to the charity while David himself payoff those who wishes to collect the few cents...
me no tink dat he has any say if it is not his $$$.
hi david. donate to me. i am in bad ned of money from charity
...'with interest'..
Prime Lending Rate.
lol!
its a stupid suggestion.
what is the bus company gonna do? call everyone and ask if they agree?
I think majority of the commuters will not go and claim the overcharge fare.
Why not the smrt give all the commuters a FREE 1 day ride per entry?
transport companies made mistakes,u expect them to give to charities?if u remember,if u forgot to tap your ez-link whether purposely or not,u have to pay a fine of $20 on the spot!!so u still in forgiving mood?
