  There is a big holdup at Changi Airport Terminal 1 Immigration, says STOMPer V, in an email to STOMP at about 11.20am today (Dec 16). Many passengers are missing their flights, as a result of what seems to be a computer system breakdown.
  
  Said the STOMPer:
  
  "Big jam at T1 immigration. Computer system down. People are missing flights."
