Everybody knows that in their heart by now.Recently talked to a prc who only live in Spore for less than 1 yr.
Has also applied for PR...and am waiting for the approval.
Cos of spore education system, she brought her 2 sons to study in Spore.
And she mentioned to me that things are indeed expensive and can feel the gradual increase in any bills. But still better than Shanghai.
