FIX THAT SIGN CONTESTCalling all STOMPers to FIX THAT SIGN.
Take photos of street or public signs in Singapore that show the wrong usage of English.
Send your photos, your suggestions on how to FIX THAT SIGN and the sign's location to [email protected]
Please include your full name and phone number.
STOMP will shortlist 10 best entries for public voting.
The top 3 entries with the most votes will win:
1st prize: Lenovo IdeaPad S10-2
2nd prize: Nokia E63 mobile phone
3rd prize: Canon IXUS 95 IS
The closing date for submissions is Oct 27. Public voting will start from Nov 1.This contest is made possible by the Speak Good English Movement, a nationwide movement to encourage Singaporeans to speak grammatically correct English that is universally understood.
STOMP reserves the right to modify the contest rules and prizes at any time. The judges' decision is final and no appeal will be entertained.Winners of this contest must agree to be featured in interviews, photos and videos, on Stomp and/or other SPH publications, both online and print. Stomp reserves the right to forfeit a winner's prizes if he or she does not comply with this requirement.
