  Mystery itchy rashes on hands after night jog

  

  STOMPer Aikanstantit developed these mysterious itchy rashes on his hands after returning home from a night jog and wonders if anyone knows what might have caused them.
  
  He said:
  
  "I've been jogging at night for quite some time and this was the first time as soon as I reached home my hands developed these rashes (a little itchy and prickly).
  
  "Does anyone has this happened to them before?

  the 2nd poster is correct...sand files, itch like hell...a mix of warm water and vinegar over a few days should do, but the scarring is difficult to deal with...
