Rude property agent: Sends obscene SMS about client's mum, calls another an idiot

A real estate agent is not above sending rude SMSes to his clients as demonstrated by two STOMPers who sent in these photographs of the SMSes they received from him.
In an email to STOMP yesterday (June 9), STOMPer Jason sent in this picture of an SMS which he received from a property agent, which contained a Hokkien swear word.
He wrote:
“I received this SMS from a major property agency with thousands of property agents.
“It looks like this company has no code of conduct or professional guidelines despite elaborate company vision, mission, values stated on its website.
“It seems like self-regulation seldom works and that licensing of individual agents is a must.
STOMPer Tan, who received the SMS calling him an ‘idiot’ wrote:
“Ever met such a rude real estate agent?”
When STOMP called the number in the pictures, the man identified himself as a real estate agent and said that his name was ‘Ricky’. -
Looks like a one sided story...
