Junction 8 car park signs are so confusing
STOMPer Logicist is confused by the signs place at the entrance and exit ways of the underground carpark at Junction 8 and wonders if there are parking lots available or it is full.
In his email to STOMP yesterday (May 31), the STOMPer wrote:
“I was passing the entrance/exit of the underground car park at Junction 8 Shopping Centre at Bishan Place when I noticed on the facade of the entrance these words ‘Carpark lots available’ and below this the digital board showing ‘Full’ in red letters.
“A few minutes earlier, I saw on the digital board the numbers ‘5, 4,3,2, 1’ and I expected the number to go down to ‘0’.
“But to my surprise, the word ;Full’ suddenly appeared.
“If the ‘Lots available’ is ‘full’ does this mean that the car park is empty and devoid of cars?
“Or does it mean that the car park is full and the number of lots available is zero? I can only understand simple logic and such a message is enigmatic to me.”TS view: GOTTA BE ONE OF THE MOST RETARDED POST EVER!

wad he meant probably was, he thought that the carpark lot's availability is "full", which could mean that the whole carpark has no car and is fully available. That is if you take in consideration the words "lots availability"
but still, i must say, he think TOO MUCH!
