i am 15 this year , any suggestions how to train to pass at 13.5 mins ? I am now at 70kg at 175cm and 18-19 mins
And i also want to know how to train until i can do 1 pull up too .

1) To pass running, improve your stamina.
a) Train by doing sucide sprints.
b) Run up and down the stairs
c) Filled a bag with brick and run 4km. It will freaking build up your endurance and stamina.
2) In order to do pull-up, you have to do pull up.
a) If you can't do a pull-up, get someone to assist you with 10 assisted pull up everyday/
b) Go gym, used the lateral pull down machine.
3) Aussies pull up
run more and do more pull ups.
if u wna pass , u need to start by running slowly...run regularly.. starting will be very tough...i took prolly few weeks or months to run better hahaha. no short cut i guess. or u run on threadmill...because it pushes me...i just keep going. u just increase the speed..increase like mad. hahaha.
in a nutshell...to improve, u have to push urself! takes time. start now. run everyday. :)
If you wanna pass your pull-ups. get a portable pull up bar and stick it to your door
do as much pull-ups as you could after/before meal.
for running , just run till your limit . then each day increase the pace of your running .
