Hello all,
I currently own a recreational skate, been skating for years. So now I wanna up my skill and learn more tricks such as mohawk, and possibly even slalom when my standard is there.
So I need a good freestyle/aggressive (are they the same?) skate =) Can anyone recommend any? Besides brands like Roces and Rollerblades (which I heard are good for freestyle skates), any particular model?
I currently have K2 soft boot rec/fitness skates. K2 is out as they use soft-boot..would like to try hard boot as I have been told my left foot tends to lean in.
Thanks guys!
PS: my budget is below $300..hoping for around low $200s or high $100s..
Is this any good?

I'm out of touch but street hockey skates are good for slalom and basically freestyle as well

Thanks Elindra.
Can you skate? What kind of skates do you have now?

I used to skate. Stopped for a number of years though due to injuries.
Used to Slalom and some freestyle skating.
I owned a pair of Rollarblades. Wanted to explore switching to Hockey Blades coz a number of my friends did that and found it easier to maneuver in them.

Oh I see..what injuries do you have? Do you plan to come back to skating?
I really envy and admire people who can slalom and do freestyle. I'm not bad in my skates, and can do spin stop and parallel turn and lunge turn..but only when my right leg is leading :x
Can you advise on how u started slalom and freestyle? =D Cos i really want to learn!
How did you choose your Rollerblades? Someone told me to consider Roces and Rollerblade.
