I am here to get some help.
I am a very sporty person and I love to play soccer very much. However I am reaching the age of 35 I feel my body condition drop especially my tired legs
Every week when I play soccer, the next day I have to climb up and down the stair with those muscle aching feel. So I am thinking is there any supplement that can help me improve on this?
I am also not as "flexible" as when I am young. Example, I use to turn in a split second to chase the ball but now I need 1 sec to react. by the time the ball would have taken by the opp. So is there any supplement that can help me : )
