TS, it's the same as girls who don't like guys who are fat.
This world is very simplistic and materialistic. Especially when you live with a very simplistic environment. I guess when good looking people gets to see the ugliness of people's character(No matter how gd-looking they are), people tend to venture out for people with gd character. In some cases gd looking guys with fat girls etc.
Would you date someone who is not good looking and at the same time have a bad character?

Look is secondary towards character......... I would want a so so looking guy but yet a caring n responsible guy.

Ugly people may have a harder time committing because they tend to have limited options.
Good looking people may mate with their own kind (natural selection).
Leaving the ugly people to settle for what(ever) they can get.
However... good looking people may sometimes scare people, so it's harder for them to find partners. Ugly people may at times be less threatening to people, so it's easier for them to find partners.
but let's quit lying to ourselves. In the face of all possible scenarios, we all PREFER good looking people, then we settle for what we can get. It's only human.
