  In tat case, "Atas" family will usually find another "Atas" family for arranged marriage lor... And usually, they wont have this type of agreement ... coz, both of freaking rich... lol

  nope. native indians are not. have two indian frds (ladies) who are like this. quite sad and they seem to accept it. Becuz of this, they cannot get into any relationship.

  The richer they get the more reason they have for a prenuptial agreement. So that if either party bails out of the marriage right, they dun lose so much in terms of settling their assets and stuff.
  
  But if a marriage is based on prenuptial agreement hor, quite sad. They din marry becoz of love but out of convenience.
