one horrible accident took place at east coast park 2 days ago. A little girl was playing inline skating and then she fell on her back. Her arms and legs couldnt move and she was sent by an ambulance to the hospital.

Well, guess normally whose fault is that? The parent!!! If u wear all the protective gear and are taught how to fall, nothing serious should happen.
