When you do ur job well and perfectly, and give people NO REASON to find fault wif u.
THEY may have a gun, BUT WITH NO AMMO, a GUN IS USELESS.
Remember that my fren n takecare. There is no need to go backstab that girl, coz i believe in retribution. so, the only way is to prevent her from finding fault wif u. -
my workplace lots of chio bu. too innocent to backstab me so i give them backrub.

im in NS now, so i pretty much can handle this backstabbing. its like lawbylaw, arrows flying here n there. I pretty pity my Directors, coz he have to endure this much backstab shit.

Sometimes it's nothing personal, it's juz business.
We definitely will encounter them everywhere, not only in work.
I guess it's inevitable but we juz have to minimise the damage. -
