the insecticide to kill, and newspaper to pick it up, dispose of it and cleaning the insecticide mess
i also don't dare to pick up with hands
u can also put insecticide in your room, or somewhere near you, so can be always ready -

there was one time when i can't find the spray
and i used newspaper to smack
and smacked it too hard, and all the juices splattered on the floor
