The Bayern Munich ace has yet to feature for Holland this summer after suffering a hamstring injury in their warm-up match with Hungary.
Holland have won both of their Group E matches in South Africa and the availability of Robben will strengthen Bert van Marwijk's options further.
Robben, 26, insists he has training recently without any problems and he is now looking forward to getting some match action in a bid to recapture his best form.
However, Robben remains non-committal whether he will be definitely feature against Cameroon as he feels there is still an element of risk in him playing
"These last few days I have trained normally without any problems," revealed Robben. "Now I feel like I need to play a game to rediscover my rhythm.
"Playing against Cameroon is possible. Risk is a big word as we already have taken a risk by choosing an aggressive treatment, where we could have written off the World Cup and said just go on holiday."
