  Real Madrid president Florentino Perez knows the price of Manchester United star Wayne Rooney: £95 MILLION.

  Sport says Real president Florentino is eager to build on last season's spending spree by bringing a new stable of Galacticos to the Bernabeu - and Rooney tops his shopping list.

  It's suggested United boss Sir Alex Ferguson could be persuaded to sell if Real are prepared to put £95 million cash on the table.

  Only last week, United chief David Gill said there was "no chance" of the club selling Rooney to Real.
