Torres, told to clear off by Carragher If he don't like it at Liverpool Football Club
£70million-rated striker Fernando Torres, skipper Steven Gerrard, Jav-ier Mascherano and Yossi Benayoun have all been linked with moves away from Liverpool.
But Carragher insisted: "The people who want to be there will come back. If people don't, then no problem.
"There will always be a Liverpool Football Club. "People always talk about players leaving and 'Is this the end of Liverpool?' - but there's no chance of that. Better players than the ones we have now have left and we've replaced them.
"Anyone who doesn't want to be there, no problem. But we'll start next season with the players who want to do well."
Torres has been linked with Manchester City, Chelsea and Barcelona while captain Gerrard is wanted by Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Man City.
Carragher added: "As soon as our last game at Hull finished I just wished the start of next season was the next day. The best thing is to forget it and get on with the next target.
"I know what it's like on the back of a poor season, there's a lot of negativity all summer. I'm sure it'll be the same this year."
Carragher, who has been recalled to the England squad for their altitude training camp in Austria, added: "At the moment I want to enjoy the World Cup.
"But I also want to go back to Liverpool and do well there and get the club back where it wants to be."
Asked if he thought Rafa Benitez would still be boss come August, Carragher replied: "Yes, I think so.
"He's said nothing to me to say he won't be."
