  Brazil coach Carlos Dunga has announced his 23-man squad for the World Cup finals in South Africa this summer.
  
  As was widely anticipated in the weeks building up to the announcement, there is no place for AC Milan star Ronaldinho. Dunga has also omitted Flamengo striker Adriano and Corinthians pair Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos, all of whom had faint hopes of making the squad. Two of Brazil's rising stars in Alexandre Pato and Neymar are also staying at home.
  
  The core of the team from the qualifying campaign remains though, while there are also call-ups for Tottenham Hotspur 'keeper Heurelho Gomes, Cruzeiro veteran Gilberto and, perhaps most surprisingly, Wolfsburg striker Grafite.

  very very weak squad for Brazil...............

  the defence is decent enough...................midfield pretty weak and if Kaka can't play...............no creativity.........

  attack not that great too..............very weak in fact, if Robinho can't score.................jialat.................

  Dunga is not a smart coach that's for sure but he's right to leave out...............

   

  Ronaldo............he's lost all motivation years ago...............

  Ronaldinho..................same as Ronaldo but should pick him since the midfield is seriously lacking in creativity.............

  Adriano..............this guy lost form years ago..............he was AWESOME at Parma................years ago.......

  Pato...............physically small and weak but should pick him since he's famous and defenders will stick to him, creating space for others................

   

  very surprising that Julio Baptista was picked but he's very powerful and versatile so a great choice by Dunga..............

  ronaldo is basically over the hill. as for ronaldino, he is more interested in partying. last world cup his gf said the night before match, they made love. as for adriano, his head is still not right.

  Brazil should play 3-5-2...............based on their squad.............

  get a 3rd guy to partner Lucio and Juan in defence............

  Alves and Maicon as wing-backs..........Kaka as playmaker.............Melo and 2nd guy as defensive midfielders..........

  Robinho and Fabiano in attack...........

  Brazil is a very strange side... We see players in the squad that we think are not great but when they put on their gold shirt and play their samba style... They are like players from out of this world... It must be the samba and the drums... lol. Cos they play with flair and style...

  pato should play.. good exposure for him and he is not that bad also...

  but i see brazil always put fab or nilmar upfront so..

  yes... brazil always put a team of werid/weak names but they v good football..

  we shall see.. anway their grouping is the most exciting alongside with   ivory coast n portugal.

  I think dunga is right to choose these players....maradona is the siao one with his selections....

  dunga should stick with kleberson in midfield if they were to stand any chance of winning since the last time he's a regular in that position, Brazil were champions.
