Anyway, on the other side, former England manager's side, Twente Enschede won the Dutch League!

You mean you're one of those who really expect liverpool to be able to win this game?
Steve Bruce Ferguson fren, I think he will just let Man Utd overrun them.
Draw is my guess.
Liverpool is finishing seventh. when was the last time liverpool finished outside top 6?
chelsea were very nervy and out of sorts.
if liverpool had played seriously i think they do have a chance of winning this match.
is ancelotti that blind? anelka and kalou really cmi.
i hope chelsea get rid of these 2 in the summer.

I don't think so.. Even let Man U overrun, they still cannot win EPL ma. So might as well don't let them overrun. Haha..
Chelsea last game against Wigan at home ground. So Chelsea very likely to clinch EPL title but wigan last time met, beat them before wo.
But at Stamford Bridge, it will be a different game.
well done liverpool for playing like shit at anfield. when was the last time u saw liverpool played like that at its own ground? probably lose to spite united so that their record of league titles are still tied with united. but question is, how long can liverpool stop united from overtaking them without trying to challenge the title every season.

Aiyo. You sound Man U is like sure winner like that. Next season maybe Man City will be EPL champion. lol.

I think its not because they played badly, its because they are suffering from fatigue more.... you see sometimes they cannot even string passes properly.

no but united did challenge for BPL title every season. you can be sure they will be there or thereabouts come end of the season. unlike the 2004-2006 seasons, when united challenge fritter out by March-April those seasons.
liverpool only real challenge for winning the BPL title was last season. but look at this season, not even qualifying for next season CL.

Challenge this season doesn't next year it can do so again. Football is unpredictable. Liverpool not challenging this year doesn't mean it cannot do it next year.
Don't sound so sure. It will backfire.

I give up. ok liverpool will challenge for BPL title and CL and fa cup as well next season. one of my favourites to win the BPL title next season

i agree with you.
who expected liverpool to be in such a state? they used to be champions year after year.
bad things do happen. nobody and no teams stay champions forever.
ferguson has to retire one day. luck can also run out one day.
Pool are STUPID enough not to overtake Aston Villa in league table just because they want to prevent Man U from overtaking their record of 18.
If they won, they still have the chance for top 4. But since they lost, no more top 4, has problem in finishing 6th. Haizz.....

Liverpool can still qualify @ 7th spot, but if Fulham won the Europa Cup, then Fulham will qualify as cup holder, and Liverpool will be out.

anelka is very inconsistent. to me he plays like an attacking midfielder not a striker. and the reverse is true for lampard.
but anelka has been important in several games when he gave assists. like lampards 2nd goal last night.
kalou before stoke was condemned but he seems to have gotten much better since that game?
most important, without essien and mikel, chelsea's true defensive midfielders, chelsea is still good at intercepting and defending. partially can be attributed to kalou backtracking and defending when needed.
ballack is their other holding midfielder, very good at breaking up opponent play and push ppl and fall down claim foul.
kalou is like kuyt, got high stamina and can participate in attack and defence. definitely more useful than ballack now that i think of it.
Seriously whats with the Liverpool deliberately losing so that Man Utd cant win the title. The chase has been all along between Chelsea and Man Utd... I mean if Man Utd themselves cant get enough points to beat Chelsea for the title why sit there and whine about Liverpool?

ballack was not there to play football. he was there to commit fouls.
what exactly is drogba trying to prove? i have no doubt he holds the all-time record for the lying-on-the-field-grimacing-in-pain act. he seems to do it every single match.
on a side note, anyone saw alan wiley's face when kalou 1st dived in the box? classic stuff!

i agree with you... this match though crucial to whoever is ultimately gonna win the title, a title is not won over one match but over 38 league games, why whine about liverpool losing to chelsea? purposely finding excuse to bash liverpool. furthermore we have seen that pool has been very inconsistent this season, so we are supposed to play very very very well all of a sudden so that we beat chelsea and do man utd a favour, that all you man utd fans will be very happy?
