This game was played at Anfield mind you!

2 years ago also the same. Man U and Chelsea had same points, Man U led with better GD. Chelsea needed to win with bigger margin in order to snatch title from Man U.
At the end, Gigg's goal (2-0 at Wigan) nailed off Chelsea's hope of winning BPL while Chelsea still led the scoreline against Bolton. Their morale was dropped after that and let oppoment have an equiliser.

08/09: 0-0 against Arsenal (H)If Man U win at Sunderland whereas Chelsea fail to win at Anfield, they can successfully overtake Chelsea. BUT they need to secure win against Stoke in last day match to ensure that title is theirs as I know Chelsea will try to fight hard and win against Wigan.
