1st and foremost, GET RID OF the board members, parry and gillet.
get a saudi arabia bitch better.. more $.
2nd sack rafa give him the 16mil la..3rd change the defense, get a strong centre back and left back. give johnson play one more year first.
4th get wingers, david silva will be good, on the right could be acosta, i've seen that lad, he's great! and young too.
5th mascherano play midfield, lucas go sub. gerrard play AMC.
6th get another striker, villa!
7th get some average/good players for subs.. LOOK AT OUR SUBS, THEY SUCK. tbh.
