The Blues manager and former Stamford Bridge boss Mourinho have been trading insults ever since the pair crossed swords in Milan with Ancelotti at AC and Mourinho at Inter.
Ancelotti has insisted he is not interested in the self-styled Special One but will break his silence if he repeats Mourinho's feat of lifting the league trophy.
He revealed: "If I win the title with Chelsea I will say what I truly think of the Inter coach."
Before Chelsea and Inter clashed in the Champions League last month, which the Londoners lost 2-1, Ancelotti claimed the whole of Italy - apart from Inter fans - would be cheering for Blues.
Mourinho claimed: "If Ancelotti says that, it's because somebody told him or because he belongs to the clan."
Meanwhile Ancelotti has revealed he will not replace Marcello Lippi as coach of Italy after the World Cup.
He added: "I am not interested in the national team. I prefer to remain at Chelsea and lead the team to a European final."
