my 2 cents take on the match:
this must be united's best match of the season. It seems that they are peaking at this time of the season as usual. what wonders confidence can do for nani and he is discovering his true potential. No wonder ronaldo told him that he can be the best player in the world. But i thought he fizzled out quite a bit in the 2nd half.
fletcher is a destroyer...he can't really pass balls forward creatively but he more than makes up for it with his tackling and ball holding.
carrick as usual, showing flashes of brilliance but tends to disappear after a while.
at this rate, it's a matter of time before rooney becomes the world player of the year.
the whole of united played brilliantly, showing urgency while passing accurately and creatively. I think even if man u lose the bpl to chelsea, i still feel proud on the basis of this morning's performance.

Ok, so who's the one who said earlier that Park don't deserve to be in the lineup? Who? Nani played the match of his life... if only he can produce it at a more consistent level. Mid-term report card for Arsenal: Able to beat smaller teams with ease (even without RVP and Bendtner, and with Arshavin as centre forward) and it's Men vs Boys all over again when they meet the real big guns. Verdict: It will be ManU and Chelsea for title run-in if they do not slip up often enough for Arsenal to catch up.

hmm.. heard the commentators mentioning that MU has got a poor results against the top 4, losing 5 of the last 6 meetings. any1 can confirm?

Man U needed to perform well yesterday in order to stay BPL alive. Furthermore, Chelsea won at Burnley. Man U needed a win to captalise their lead.
Yeah, Man U's best form is always from January to April
If this goes on, there will be any problem to overtake Chelsea if they win the clash at Old Trafford to avenge for 1-0 loss in reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge.

ya expecting either a close win or a draw or a defeat?
never expected united to dominate the match and win by a wide margin 3-1. in truth the scoreline could probably be more than 3-1 if Rooney and Nani were a bit clinical.
