my 2 cents take on the match:
this must be united's best match of the season. It seems that they are peaking at this time of the season as usual. what wonders confidence can do for nani and he is discovering his true potential. No wonder ronaldo told him that he can be the best player in the world. But i thought he fizzled out quite a bit in the 2nd half.
fletcher is a destroyer...he can't really pass balls forward creatively but he more than makes up for it with his tackling and ball holding.
carrick as usual, showing flashes of brilliance but tends to disappear after a while.
at this rate, it's a matter of time before rooney becomes the world player of the year.
the whole of united played brilliantly, showing urgency while passing accurately and creatively. I think even if man u lose the bpl to chelsea, i still feel proud on the basis of this morning's performance.

the key is MU took the chances when it came, while Arsenal didn't.
Gunners still missing RVP and it shows.
Anyway, the season rolls on..
hmm.. heard the commentators mentioning that MU has got a poor results against the top 4, losing 5 of the last 6 meetings. any1 can confirm?

Away matches... But this season, they done the double over gunners liao...
Leading the applause: Thierry Henry (left) has praised Wayne Rooney (right)
Rooney said of his feat: ‘It’s something I’m very proud of. It’s a great feeling to score 100 goals.’
Former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry puts Wayne Rooney’s increased scoring rate down to his changed role with Manchester United.
‘People were having a go at him before because he wasn’t scoring,’ said Henry, who scored 174 Premier League goals.
‘But how can he score when he was running like a nutter to get the ball? When he was arriving in the final third he was not fresh enough to finish, and this year you see the difference. If he stays up there for 10 years, he will score goals for 10 years.’
‘He was unbelievable,’ said manager, Sir Alex Ferguson. ‘I think he was the key point for us because Arsenal just couldn’t handle him. Everything that was played towards him, behind him or in front of him, he was on it all the time.’
but the fact we are so dependable on Rooney is not comfortable.

what to do? hope united bid for benzema at the end of the season? if he does come, whatever will happen to berbatov and owen?

well, hearing rumours that Kaka is not fitting well, i think he is even better.. haha.
Man U needed to perform well yesterday in order to stay BPL alive. Furthermore, Chelsea won at Burnley. Man U needed a win to captalise their lead.
Yeah, Man U's best form is always from January to April
If this goes on, there will be any problem to overtake Chelsea if they win the clash at Old Trafford to avenge for 1-0 loss in reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge.

Also got Machanda, Welbeck and Diuof currently.
wow!the result was really amazing, did not expect that Manchester United will win over Arsenal this time.

ya expecting either a close win or a draw or a defeat?
never expected united to dominate the match and win by a wide margin 3-1. in truth the scoreline could probably be more than 3-1 if Rooney and Nani were a bit clinical.
wayne is a real football talent.
what he can do on the field is amazing, surely you can call it brillant.
