Milan striker Alexandre Pato is planning for his return to action to be against Manchester United in the Champions League.
He
is back from Brazil after heading there to cure a recent injury. With
that behind him, Pato reassured fans that he is working hard to be at
the San Siro on February 16 for the first leg of the last 16 clash against the Red Devils.
"I am well and I will be there against Manchester United in the Champions League for sure," he told 7 Gold as he touched down at Milan Malpensa airport.
Despite
his stay in Brazil, Pato was able to witness the 2-0 loss to Inter in
the derby. However, he has roused the fans to keep the faith, claiming
the Scudetto fight is still on.
"I saw the derby on TV, and yes we lost, but the title race is not over. There are still many games to play," he concluded.
