Manchester City are launching a bid for Real Madrid midfielder Fernando Gago.
Marca says City will offer €15 million for Gago this week.
The Argentina international's agent is flying to Madrid for talks with Real officials. Marcelo Lombilla is leaving Buenos Aries today and hopes to convince Real to cash in.
Gago has welcomed City's interest and is excited by the prospect of joining the revolution at Eastlands.
Gago is a defensive midfielder right? I thought City has De Jong and Kompany? Plus the recent signing of Vieira, still not enough?

i've never thought much of Mancinin when he was at Inter and his signing of Viera and now Gago shows his incompetence.............
Gago will be another failure...........this guy is very talented but he's a ''showboat''..............and will struggle in the physical English game........
