Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero has played down speculation linking him with a January transfer window switch to Chelsea.
The 21-year-old is reportedly wanted by Carlo Ancelotti and the Blues were said to be eyeing up a move for the Argentina international.
But Aguero - who came off the bench to bag a brace against Chelsea in a Champions League clash earlier this season - has rubbished reports of a move and reaffirmed his commitment to the Spanish club.
He told Atletico's official website: "I have always made my commitment to Atletico clear and the whole world knows it.
"One shouldn't pay too much attention to everything that comes out; the only thing I am doing is playing and thinking about the team."
Chelsea have been linked with several strikers following the departure of top scorer Didier Drogba and Salomon Kalou to the African Cup of Nations.
Their possible transfer ban has also heightened talk that Ancelotti will bring in reinforcements during this window, despite the Italian insisting he will not recruit a striker.
The Stamford Bridge club are left with Nicolas Anelka, Daniel Sturridge and Fabio Borini as their attacking options in the absence of Drogba and Kalou.
