  Man City ace Bellamy: If I was at war, I would want Rooney at my side

  Manchester City ace Craig Bellamy has confessed his great admiration for Manchester United star Wayne Rooney.

  Despite the clubs' great rivalry, Bellamy admits he's a big Rooney fan.

  He told the Mirror: "I like Rooney a lot. Even when the team isn't playing well and he isn't playing well, he is still involved. Listen, if you were in a war, you would want to go to war with Rooney. No doubt about that."

  Both Bellamy and Rooney are the same type of player:

  Both never gives up, runs the full length of pitch, temperimental, short, pacey, abundance in confidence, flair players and never afraid to take shots.

  I'd actually want to see them partnering though, but i cant see it happening unless Bellamy leaves City.
