such as David Beckham, Kaka and Robinho performing in the Qatar capital.
The match is to be sponsored by Al Jazeera Sports Channel and organized by the Qatar FA.
Qatar
Football Association general secretary Saud Al Mohannadi confirmed the
match will take place as long as England have completed qualification
for the 2010 World Cup by then.
The Qatar Football Association general secretary, Saud al-Mohannadi, has confirmed that Doha will host an international friendly between Brazil and England in November.
A date of 14 November has been pencilled in, although that will depend on England qualifying for the 2010 World Cup at the top of their group.
"The game indeed will be held in Doha next November," Mohannadi said. "Al Jazeera Sports Channel is in charge of this game and they have been planning it for a while.
"The role of Qatar FA is to co-ordinate with Al Jazeera channel regarding the venue of the match and the training schedules and stadiums."
Scotland, meanwhile, will play Japan in a friendly in Yokohama on 10 October. Japan, who have already qualified for the World Cup, have also arranged games against Holland on 5 September, Ghana on 9 September and Togo on 14 October.
