At least two CSKA Moscow stars will be auditioning in front of Sir Alex Ferguson for future moves to Manchester United tonight.
Ferguson has long been following CSKA goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev, having had brother Martin watch him numerous times this year. Akinfeev expects to leave CSKA in the next 12 months and is already taking English lessons.
Also on United's radar is winger Milos Krasic, who has declared in the past week that he plans to leave CSKA at the end of the season - if not sooner in January.
Asked about Akinfeev, Ferguson said: "I can't deal with rumour because we have two very good young goalkeepers at the club at the moment in (Tomasz) Kuszczak and Foster and the future lies with them.
"When Edwin van der Sar finally decides to retire I'm quite confident these players can take over."
