didnt know that..
anyway, camp at ebay.. one day u might just find a good deal.. be patient.
While i agre nikko has been jacking the price up, i dont think autoart is completely fault less. and actually, autoart themselves Have raised prices of their own models, citing increasing costs in china factories etc. if you look at aa-collection.com, many products in the autoart performance range are now priced like millenium products and millenium products are even more expensive than before.Originally posted by LH83:The most recent price hike, although it may be a slight one.. also puts into question the reasons for it... It's not as if AA themselves have raised the price... in fact, the prices in their online stores is still the same.. so it only stands to reason that Nikko themselves are raising the price.. We do not know the reasons why.. and frankly, if they keep going up, then I guess more people will be looking elsewhere for their models...
That is also true.. but consider the recent increase.. from 155 to 158 and 185 to 188... The prices on aa-collection.com haven't changed... the last time they changed, was when the prices at nikko reached 155 and 185... So now, nikko's prices went up a bit, but the ones on aa-collection still remain the same... Can't be about the exchange rate either, cos the US dollar is at one of its lowest...Originally posted by M1rag3:While i agre nikko has been jacking the price up, i dont think autoart is completely fault less. and actually, autoart themselves Have raised prices of their own models, citing increasing costs in china factories etc. if you look at aa-collection.com, many products in the autoart performance range are now priced like millenium products and millenium products are even more expensive than before.

You think AA would give a damn about a mediocre market like us??Originally posted by TheoDR:Maybe emailing AA our displeasure with the S'pore distributor might improve matters, especially if it means a loss of sales to AA due to the exorbitant prices imposed by the distributor here.
This is the exact phrase i am looking for.Originally posted by Gallardofever:You think AA would give a damn about a mediocre market like us??
No harm trying, if one doesn't try, how would the result be certain?Originally posted by Gallardofever:You think AA would give a damn about a mediocre market like us??
