Guys any tips for roast Duck

  i have decided to go for roast Duck instead of Turkey.

  Any recomendation? I am not looking for chinese roast duck so if you have any suggest most welcome.

  got to wait for the professional chef to turn up I guess ......

  but put the duck breast down ...as with all birds ....
