  Word has it that this year's strain is going to be especially bad. Get your flu shots this year k peeps?

  Had my shot on Tuesday at the office; hopefully, they've nailed down the right strain for this year's flu season.

  Probably wouldn't hurt. But make sure the strain you're vaccinating against is one you're likely to encounter in the US, and not Singapore (though they might be the same).

  Err...My sis just emailed me about the same.But she didnt mention strain.

  So which should I be protected from?

  You know, you could google that information. Did you hear that google has started to post a flu chart of sorts?

  They say that this year's strain will be bad and everyone is advised to get flu shots.

  LOL, my neohew and neice was just sick from... ....stomach flu. Turns out, the school children are affected.
