But, believe it or not, I actually do remember the days of sub-$1/gal. gas in California: I distinctly recall paying $0.89/gal. for gas in the Bay area while visiting my sister there back in the late-80s/early 90s. The ARCO stations seemed to have the cheapest gas back then.
ARCO still has the best prices. I'm trying to be good and not drive too much. I'd rather save my cash to fund future DIY projects. -
