they are equally horny... is just that poly girls are not dressed in uniforms and therefore the attention is less...
JC girls on the other hand are dressed in uniforms and are scrutinized by the public eyes every second... so if they were to grope and kiss in the public, instantly they will be identified, whereas for poly girls, you do not know how old the girl is or whether is she working adult or still schooling. Some poly girls are now so mature looking that you think they are studying in University or maybe even working (esp those that wear formal).
I myself also focus more on JC girls because of their uniform that attract my attention, the way they speak Ang Moh and the loudness at which they speak on bus, trains, shopping centres etc. And my verdict is JC girls are definitely more horny than poly girls.
