Watson's just finished the 20% discount... Omega 3 selling quite cheap at around 36 for 400 caps...
For me, I take Kirkland brand, from costco.com... Someone imported from US and sold me for 30 per bottle of 400 caps...For heart health, can take CoQ10 as well. It helps in anti-aging too, and it is very powerful antioxidant
But all these are only supplements; you still need to exercise your heart muscles. Interval training or intensive weights training (of the big three) will help out as well.
