Need Advice! Urgent!

Hi guys, i have recently ordered a few sex toys which including a cute furry handcuff from taiwan website just for some little suprise for me and my fiance who i am going to be engaged with next week. And i just found out the parcel is being held by custom, because i am not in singapore at the moment, will be back next week, i will need to go to the custom in person to claim the parcel. According to the person from custom whom i spoken with earlier today, they have found a handcuff through scanning and will need to refer it to the police, and if other things are fine we could take it back. The problem now is, i didnt know it was illegal to get a toy handcuff, and i am not sure about those sex toys. Does anyone have any experience similar to this? We are really worried...

I looked at some news at the ICA website, people who brings in Air Guns all got caught leh! and some people also got procecuted for importing "obscene" articles, including sex toys! But of cos they important few hundred to few thousands la, i just bought 2 for own use. Really don know wat is going to happen to me. the law say need to fine up to 100k or jailed up to 2years leh! really scared now...

I thought about it too, but if it is really something illegal or need to be referred to the police, i think if you don claim it they think it is something fishy and would raid your place... thats y i have decided to go down and have alook. Hopefully worst is just go to make police report, no need to pay fine or even jailed!!

These 'Kinky' or Sex HandCuffs are not allowed in S'pore....

Just tell them the truth, u buy to use it for kinky sex with yr girlfriend and u never know it is a prohibited items under Singapore law.
Mostly likely they will confiscate the handcuff and give u some friendly advice.

relax, wont kana anything one la. wah lan eh, lim peh import shuang jie gun to singapore leh. u noe the bruce lee use to whack people that one. jay chou got sing before also! i import liao they juz call me go police station lim kopi, den confiscated nia. take statement only. juz act blur, tell them tat one is bruce lee's shuang jie gun replica, for collection purpose. they let me off le. so i suggest u tell them the handcuff juz for playing purposes.
